Privacy — YesWeTrace Free Journey
U. KEUK (YesWeTrace). Contact and privacy requests: yeswetrace [at] gmail.com
Host: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States.
Your email: sending a 6-digit code and linking it to your report.
Your photos, the zone names you enter, the name or company you declare (optional), one flag per zone (optional, free text), and the generated report.
Your IP address, solely to limit abuse: it is used as a counting key over a window of about 1 hour. The host's technical logs may also record it, for a duration that depends on the host's plan.
Usage statistics: journey steps and link source, recorded event by event, with no email, IP address or identifier.
Generating your report and giving you access to it. No other use of the journey data: no follow-up, no newsletter, no resale.
Bases: your request to generate the report (providing the service); our legitimate interest in protecting against abuse (IP address) and improving the service (statistics).
Unverified email or unfinished submission (photos and flag notes included): deleted between 24 hours and about 48 hours after creation, depending on when the daily purge runs.
Photos uploaded but never attached to a report (interrupted submission): removed by a periodic manual sweep, with no fixed deadline (only objects older than 48 hours are targeted).
Finalized report (email, declared name, photos, report) and flag notes: 30 days, then deleted by the daily purge (up to a 24-hour delay).
Usage statistics: not deleted; they contain no email, IP address or identifier.
Anyone who has the link can view the report, including the name you declare and the flag notes. A flag note is declared by the report author and is not verified by YesWeTrace. Do not enter personal data in notes. Do not send photos of faces.
Before submission, your browser keeps your downsized photos, zone names, declared name, email, flag notes and the "code sent" state locally, so nothing is lost if the page reloads.
This data is not restored after 2 hours (14 minutes for the "code sent" state) and is cleared on your next visit.
Your photos and their flag notes are only sent to our servers after your email is verified.
After the report is created, its link is kept on your device: it is not restored after 30 minutes and is cleared on your next visit.
On YesWeTrace's presentation pages, you can leave your email to be notified when the service opens. We store your email, the originating page and the date.
No retention period is defined for this list at this time. You can ask for your email to be deleted at any time (see "Your rights").
